(北京市建筑设计研究院,北京 100045)[摘要] 塞内加尔国家剧院是一座能容纳1800人的甲等特大型歌剧院,结构体型复杂,内部空旷、跨度大,防火要求高。拟建工程场址地层土质分布极不均匀,荷载相差很大,根据工程场地的特殊性以两种性质孑然不同的土层作为联合持力层,采用梁板式筏形基础来调节基础的不均匀沉降。通过地基基础的协同分析,基础的差异沉降满足规范要求。剧场结构中观众厅长悬挑梁和屋顶大跨度预应力井字梁是结构设计的难点,对此分别进行了介绍,相关经验可供类似工程参考。

According to the special ground condition, the beam-slab raft foundation which based on two different soil layers was adopted, and the problem of stmctural unequal settlement was resolved effectively. The design of suspension beams of balcony in auditorium and long span prestressed cross-beams on proof were introduced respectively. The design experience can be referred in sinular engineering.
