某大剧院弯扭桁架应力蒙皮设计

[摘要] 以某大剧院屋盖中75. 6m跨度的弯扭桁架应力蒙皮为对象,研究其在最不利工况下的受力性能和屈曲破坏模式。通过有限元分析得到应力蒙皮的基本屈曲模态、空间分布和屈曲板块的应力状态。利用板壳屈曲理论分析屈曲板块的应力状态,发现压应力和剪应力超过屈曲临界应力是导致蒙上皮板块局部屈曲的根本原因;为此可以通过增加蒙皮厚度和设置加劲肋条来提高了板块的屈曲临界荷载。最后,通过研究不同蒙皮厚度、加劲肋厚度和布置的影响,使设计方案更加合理。

Design of stressed skin diaphragms on bending and torsion trusses of Tianjin Grand Theatre

Abstract: Stressed skin diaphragms on bending and torsion trusses which spans 75. 6m in Tianjin Grand Theatre was studied to get its behaviors and buckling modes. Firstly, the basic buckling modes, its distribution and stress condition were studied by FEMA. Secondly, plate-shell buckling theory was used to analyze the stress conditions of these buckling plates. It is found that the compression and shear stress are beyond the critical stress which cause the plates buckle. So increasing plate thickness and setting stiffeners are effective. Lastly, the stressed skin was compatibly designed based on a parametric analysis of plate thickness, stiffener thickness and distribution.
