[摘要] 镇江南徐新城商务办公A区五星级酒店，地上22层，地下一层，结构设计存在较多难点。地下室为324m超长结构；酒店主楼为框筒结构；宴会厅跨度25m，其上方为泳池，屋顶为钢结构管桁架；酒店入口为28m大跨雨篷。结构设计通过优化比较，逐一克服难点，确立了可行的结构方案，实现建筑效果。

Structural design of the five-star hotelin Nanxu New Town

Abstract: Afive-star hotel, 22 floors on the ground and l floor basement in Nanxu Newtown, is difficult for structure to design with lots of problems: the basement is a long structure spans t0 324m; the hotel main building is a frame tube structure; the banquet hall is 25m wide, with a pool and a steel tube truss roof above; and the entrance shelter spans to 28m. In order to meet the requirements of arclutectural, the designers optinuze and compare a lot of structure schemes, and solve each issue finally.
