(1 和记黄埔地产管理有限公司深圳分公司,深圳 518026;2 和记黄埔地产有限公司,香港;3 JMK工程顾问有限公司,香港)[摘要] 本工程主体结构高156. 5m,为框架-核心筒结构体系,存在平面不规则和竖向不规则的情况,属于超限高层建筑结构。本文重点讲述了结构超限的特点,并根据结构超限情况提出了结构设计措施、确定了结构性能目标,针对性能目标分别进行了结构整体和特殊部位的计算分析。

On one hand, the structural characteristics wluch is out oflinuted design requirements was described; on the other hand, the structural design method was proposed and the structural performance objectives were decided according to the condition of out of limited design requirements, while the analysis of the whole structure and special parts of the structure was obtained based on the performance objectives.
