嘉和广场矩形钢管混凝土框架-核心筒超高层性能化设计

[摘要] 大连嘉和广场A座塔楼高度为184. 5m。介绍了基础设计、结构体系和特点,分析研究了钢管混凝土柱钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构的性能化设计,满足C级抗震性能目标,在25 ,38层设置两个伸臂桁架结构加强层,增强抗侧移刚度,减小层间位移;在底部加强区及加强层之间设型钢暗柱,提高延性。通过静力弹塑性分析、验算结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能。

Performance-based design of the concrete-filled steel tube frame-concrete core-wall structure in Dalian Jiahe Plaza

Abstract: The height of the A tower of Dalian Jiahe Plaza reaches 184.5 m.The design of the foundation and the features of the structure system were introduced. The performance-based design method of the concrete-filled steel tube frame-concrete core-wall structure was analyzed. The seisnuc performance objective is set to C level. On the 25ffi and 38'h floor, two outriggers are set up in order to reduce the displacement of structure and to strengthen the lateral stiffness. In the stiffened story, the composite steel reinforced concrete columns is set up in order to heighten ductility of the structure, analyses the structural anti-seismic performance in rare earthquake through the static elastic-plastic method.
