[摘要] 某集团管理中心办公楼，主体结构采用钢框架一中心支撑体系，平面与竖向不规则，采用了迭层混合空腹桁架、越层支撑、转换桁架等，结构较为复杂。从结构布置、结构分析、特殊构件与节点设计等方面对其结构设计要点进行阐述，可供类似工程借鉴。

Structural design of a management center office building

Abstract: Structural design ofa management center office building is described. Concentrically braced steel frame systems are adopted in this building. The main structural character of tlus building includes irregular plan and irregular vertical stiffness, the use of laminated mixed vierendeel truss, multi-storey spanned bracing, steel transformation truss, etc. This paper expatiates on the structural arrangements, structural analysis, design of special structural members and joints of the building and can be used for reference for similar engineering.
