上海铁路南站站屋结构设计

[提要]  上海铁路南站是上海西南地区的交通枢纽,是第一座采用圆形平面的火车站。钢结构屋面最大直径约为275m,内圈柱子间的最大跨度为152m,采用带中心内压环的空间刚架结构体系。全面介绍了上海铁路南站工程结构设计中的关键技术问题。为满足主站屋严格的沉降要求,采用了桩端后注浆的钻孔灌注桩。为减小梁的高度,采用了超长预应力结构,解决了超长结构的温度问题。在大跨钢屋盖结构设计中,进行了钢屋盖整体稳定性及单根主梁的整体稳定性分析。研究了预应力及下部混凝土结构对钢屋盖的抗震性能影响。通过设置弹性支座并选择合理的弹簧刚度解决了屋盖温度作用问题。通过风洞试验并引入多点输入时程分析的方法,得到结构的等效风荷载及风振系数。采用拆杆法进行了屋盖预应力钢棒的施工验算。

Structural Design of Shanghai South Railway Station/Zhou Jianlong, Li Shi, Zou Jin, Xing Wenlei (East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:Shanghai south railway station, which connects several railways and subways, plays a significant role as a Shanghais landmark building. It is the first circular station in China with a diameter of 275m. Postgrouting of bored piles is used to meet the requirement of sedimentation. Superspan prestressed structure is designed to reduce the height of the beams. Global stability coefficient of the roof steel structure is obtained from a nonlinear finite element analysis. Antiearthquake abilities are compared whether including the prestressed system and the lower concrete structure or not. The large lateral thrust due to temperature variations is reduced by placing a spring support on the top of the outer columns. Wind tunnel experiment is performed and equivalent static wind loads based on the experimental data and random vibration theory are employed in design. Converse analysis is made in the simulation of the construction process.
