深圳智慧广场及懿德轩结构设计

[摘要] 广场及懿德轩为框架-抗震墙钢筋混凝土结构,柱间跨度达17.2~25. 8m,最大悬臂超12m,梁高仅为650~ 700mm,通过采用预应力和变宽度梁实现,效果良好。地基为微风化岩,独立柱基和地下室底板直接与基岩浇筑,较经济地解决了抗浮和由于地下室底板面积过大而开裂的问题。

Structural design of Shenzhen Wisdom Plaza and Yidexuan

Abstract: Shenzhen Wisdom Plaza and Yidexuan adopt reinforced concrete frame-wall structure, with its beams span between 17.2 t0 25.8 meters, the largest cantilevers over 12 meters, and the height of beams only 650-700mm. It aclueves high efficiency by employing prestressed beams with variable width. The subgrade is based on less-weathered rock. Moreover, several unique designs, including the independent bases for columns and the basement floor poured directly with the bedrock, together provide a highly economical solution to the problems of floating and cracking due to large basement area.
