(中机十院国际工程有限公司洛阳分公司,洛阳 471003)[摘要] 洛阳钼业国际大厦平面不规则,主楼两个塔角部重叠,属于对抗震不利的体型,容易形成薄弱部位。介绍由于新颖独特的建筑方案导致平面抗震不规则的解决方法。西扩部分大空间采用预应力梁板体系。基础设计采用筏板基础,通过平板式筏基与梁板式筏基对比与分析,确定采用平板式筏基方案。

The two tower cape departments of main building have the character oflayer after layer, which belongs to the shape of resisting the earthquake disadvantage, and can easily form weak part. The solutions to unique but unfavorable architectural scheme were introduced. The west expands part of big space adopts prestressed concrete beam plank system. The foundation adopts flat panel-raft foundation after contrasting and analysis.
