[摘要] 介绍了鸿瑞大厦超高层主楼的钢骨混凝土框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构体系的结构布置、抗震分析、弹性动力时程分析、弹塑性静力时程分析、主要的抗震措施及有关的结构概念设计，为以后类似工程设计提供参考。
