鄂尔多斯同基双子座超高层办公楼结构方案选型研究

[摘要] 选择安全、经济、实用的结构类型是结构设计的关键。通过对鄂尔多斯同基双子座项目办公楼工程采用混合结构与混凝土结构两个方案比较,结果表明混合结构虽然工程造价略有提高,但梁柱截面小,自重轻,实用面积大,抗震性能良好,施工速度快,且还可以进一步优化,综合效益更为显著,是未来超高层结构的发展方向。因此,工程最终选用了混合结构方案。

Structure type companson of Erdos Tongji Gemiru Project Office Building

Abstract: Choosing safe, economical and practical structure type is the key of structural design.  A comparison of using hybrid structure and concrete structure in the Erdos Tongji Gemini Project Office Building was done. The results indicate that although hybrid structure increase slightly in project cost, but for the small sections of beams and columns, light weight, large utility areas, good earthquake resistant behavior, fast construction and further optimization, more significant comprehensive benefits, it is the future development direction of lugh-rise structures. Therefore, the hybrid structure scheme was chose finally for the project.
