(深圳市建筑设计研究总院有限公司,深圳 518031)[摘要] 苏陕国际金融中心位于陕西省西安市,塔楼由A,B两塔组成,为两栋高抗震烈度的超高层建筑;两栋塔楼均偏置于裙楼的一侧,均采用型钢混凝土框架一钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。采用SATWE和MIDAS 进行比较分析,包括整体弹性分析及中震不屈服分析、弹性动力时程分析、Pushover分析,以满足规范的各项要求。

( Shenzhen Arclutectural Design and Research General Institute Co., Ltd( SADI), Shenzhen 518031, China)Abstract: Sushan Intemational Finance Centre is located at Xian in Shanxi Province,composed by two tower, A and B, wluch is super lugh-rise under the lugh intensity, The all two were hybrid structure, supported Steel reinforced concrete frame and reinforced concrete corewall, Biasing in the side of podium. Comparative analysis were carried out with SATWE and MIDAS, which consisted of the whole elastic analysis, nonyielding design under middle earthquake, the Elastic time- history dynamic analysis and Pushover analysis,it shows that the entire designed structure can meet the requirement of Chinese structural code.
