(深圳建筑设计研究总院有限公司,深圳 518031)[摘要] 南方博时基金大厦主楼42层,高198. 90m,为超B级高度的超限高层,采用钢筋混凝土非完整框架-核心筒结构。为保证结构的抗震性能,针对超限情况和结构体系,对不同的抗侧力构件提出合理的抗震性能设计目标和可靠的抗震措施。并采用不同的计算软件对各抗震设防阶段进行结构分析,以避免结构抗震安全隐患。分析结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,结构体系安全可行。
