深圳瀚森大厦超限工程结构设计

[摘要] 简要介绍了深圳瀚森大厦工程的结构设计与抗震分析。该工程由改造项目与新建项目构成,结构属于超B级高度及侧向刚度不规则、平面扭转不规则的超限结构,结构设计时采用了多种软件对结构进行了深入分析,并采用弹塑性有限元软件,模拟混凝土从出现开裂直至完全压碎退出工作的全过程中刚度退化和强度恢复,进行了罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析。

Structure design and seismic analysis of Shenzhen Hansen Mansion

Abstract: The structure design and seismic analysis of Shenzhen Hansen Mansion were introduced. The project consists of reformed projects and new projects, and the over code item includes super B level height, irregular lateral stiffness, irregular flat torsion. Several software was used for the analysis during the structure design, and an elastic-plastic finite element software was used for the simulation of stiffness degradation and strength recovery during the concrete cracking process, from beginning to completely crushed. The dynamic plastic time-history analysis was also done to analyze the structure behavior during the rare earthquake.
