深圳中航广场超高层结构设计

[摘要] 深圳中航广场办公楼49层,总高度245. 2m;公寓46层,总高度166. Im。结构设计采取多项结构技术综合应用,包括钢结构加强层、钢筋混凝土加强层、型钢混凝土、方(圆)钢管混凝土、多种形式的转换设计、万向球形钢支座、地下连续墙等,实施了逆作法、盖挖法等特殊施工方式。针对超限情况和结构体系,拟定合理的抗震性能设计目标及采取相应有效措施。对公寓进行振动台模型试验,进一步验证结构分析与设计的可靠性。

Structural design of Shenzhen AVIC

Abstract: Shenzhen AVIC office building is 245. 2m with 49 floors, apartment building is 166.1m with 46 floors. Structure design takes many items structure technologies, including steel strengthened storey, concrete strengthened storey, steel reinforced concrete, concrete-filled square( circular) steel tubular, various forms of conversion design, steel spherical support and diaphragm wall, etc. Takes special construction methods such as top-down method, cap and excavation method, etc. Drafting reasonable seismic performance objective and taking effective measures for transfinite and structure system. Apartment building takes shaking table model test and further verificate structure design reliability.
