总高200m超高层建筑结构选型及优化探讨

[摘要] 基于对结构总高度为200m的超高层建筑结构体系选型的方案论证和优化分析,分别对抗震缝设置、材料选用、结构概念设计、结构方案选择、控制性指标分析等多方面加以对比分析。采用加大核心筒宽度和增设加强层两种方案的优缺点予以阐述,指出可行的结构方案一定是综合考虑多方面因素,反复论证,权衡利弊的成果。在抗震设防烈度为7度地区,当核心筒宽度取值在合理范围时,有可能使得总高度达到200m。采用钢筋混凝土框架.核心筒结构既能满足侧向刚度的要求,又可避免采用增设加强层的方案。这对简化结构体系、提高其抗震性能,并且降低工程总造价、进而加快施工进度均提供了有利条件。

Discussion of structural form selection and optimization for super-high rise building with total height 200m

Abstract: Based on the analysis and argumentation of structural form selection about super-high rise building with total height 200m, various factors about seam of seismic setting, material selection, structural concept design and control index analysis etc are compared and contrasted. Through the analysis on strongpomt and shortcoming of tube widened and strengthened story added, draw a conclusion that feasible structure scheme is the result of dee Pconsiderations in vanous factors, repeating demonstrability, advantages and disadvantages tradeoff.  In condition that 7 degrees earthquake fortification intensity, the value of frame-tube is in reasonable range, super-lugh rise building with total height 200m can be done. Reinforced concrete frame and frame-tube structure can be used for lateral stiffness to avoid adding strengthened story. It not only predigests the structure, decreases the cost of project, but also expedites the construction schedule.
