(中国建筑设计研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 上海康桥半岛酒店采用了主次梁二次转换的框支剪力墙结构,通过对其结构选型、理论分析包括弹性时程分析和弹塑性静力分析( Pushover)等方面的深度剖析,引入抗震性能化设计方法,有针对性地提出了此类结构的设计分析思路以及相应的抗震措施,使结构具备良好的抗震性能和高性价比。

( China Arclutecture Design & Research Group( Shanghai), Shanghai 200120, China)Abstract: The performance-based seismic design for the shear wall system with wall on secondary transfer beam structure of Shanghai Cambridge Hotel project was described, based on linear time-lustory analysis, nonlinear static analysis (Pushover) and the optimization design for the structural system. The seisrmc analysis and seismic measures taken for this will be proven to be effective and helpful for the structures of shear wall system with shear wall- transfer column structure.
