(大连都市发展建筑设计有限公司,大连 116011)[摘要] 大连万达公馆1号楼主体高度185. 35m,为超限高层建筑,结构形式采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。介绍了该工程的特点、超限情况、基于性能的抗震设计目标及采取的技术措施,并分别进行小震、中震和大震作用下的整体计算分析和大震作用下的弹塑性变形验算。
