(华东建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要] 杭州国际办公中心A3.1塔楼建筑高度149. 7m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,为B级高度超限高层建筑。介绍了该工程的结构选型设计及采用SATWE.ETABS程序对结构进行的反应谱分析、动力时程分析的结果。工程建筑平面狭长,采用了以下控制扭转的技术措施:调整质量中心和刚度中心的偏心;通过加大外围连梁高度以增大结构的抗扭刚度;适当弱化结构的抗侧刚度。部分剪力墙连梁采用了双连梁的设计以解决超筋问题。另外详细阐述了结构体系认定、抗震加强措施等关键技术问题。

The height of the building belongs to B-level, and the structural system is frame-shearwall structure. The structural system characteristic, the main results of CQC analysis and elastic dynamic time-procedure analysis were introduced systemically based on the program of SATWE and ETABS. For the plane of the structure is long and narrow, the following measurements, to adjust eccentricity of mass center and stiffness center, to enhance torsion stiffness by enlarging coupling beam height of outer edge, and to reduce lateral stiffness of the structure, were used to control torsion response. Paired coupling beams were adopted to solve the over-reinforced problem of shear-wall beam. Some key problems were also expounded, including the judgment of structural system, seismic reinforced measure.
