深圳京基金融中心超限高层结构初步设计

[摘要] 深圳京基金融中心位于深圳市罗湖区蔡屋围金融中心区,塔楼结构高441. 8m,其中地上98层,地下4层。结构采用了了三重结构体系抵抗水平荷载,它们由型钢混凝土核心筒、巨型钢斜支撑框架及构成核心筒和巨型柱之间相互作用的伸臂桁架及腰桁架组成。设计团队首次在国内提出了基于性能的抗震(风)的设计思想,力求从结构概念出发,结合项目具体的超限情况,深入研究结构在地震(风)作用的表现,对结构可能的薄弱环节/部位进行重点分析,针对性的提出修正抗震(风)性能目标,并采取切实有效的措施使之得以保证。

Structural preliminary design of exceed-linut high-rise building of Kingkey Financial Center

Abstract: Located in Caiwuwei Finance Center Area, Luohu district of Shenzhen city, Kingkey Financial Centre is a 441.8 metre tall structure with 98 storeys above ground and 4 storeys basement. The lateral stability of the building comprises of3 major components,i.e.the central RC core walls with cast in steel posts, mega braced frames along with the outrigger and belt truss. This is the first time in mainland China that a performance based structural design under seismic and wind loads was proposed. Based on the structural concept and its design being beyond the code specifications, the design team has researched into the structural seisnuc( wind) performance including the stress analysis on the weak joints or parts of the structure and proposed the structural modification strategy for achieving the required seismic(wind) performance targets.  In addition, effective measures have been adopted in order to ensure these required targets are met.
