[摘要] 结合惠州佳兆业中心c座(260m高)的结构设计，简要介绍了复杂超限高层结构的选型和性能化设计，并对复杂超限高层结构分析方法进行了介绍，并对采用框架．核心筒结构体系在风荷载控制情况下的特点作了介绍。

Structural design of the out-of-codes tall building as Huizhou Jiazhaoye Center Tower C

Abstract: Combining with Huizhou Jiazhaoye Center Tower C (260 meters high) structure design, structure selection and the performance based design method of the out-of-codes complex tall building were proposed, also the lugh-rise structure analysis method was presented in the same time. The design characteristics controled by wind load of the frame-core tube building system was introduced in the paper.
