(华东建筑设计研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要] 大连钻石塔结构高度435m,建筑高度518m,沿高度方向建筑平面不断旋转并收进。根据建筑特殊形体和功能要求,结构体系采用钢筋混凝土核心筒+巨型框架+斜柱次框架结构。结合当地主导风向和建筑形状,建议合理的建筑朝向和体型变化,降低风荷载。对设计的关键问题,包括转折节点、加强层楼层剪力传递、结构偏心荷载、楼板动力性能和竖向构件轴向变形等进行阐述并提出对应措施。综合分析表明,结构方案满足建筑功能要求,结构体系是可行的,具有较好的经济性和较高的冗余度。

The floor plans rotate and shrink along with the elevation. A structural system composed of RC core, mega frame and second frames with diagonal columns is used to adapt to the architectural function and special shape. The reasonable building direction and shape change are recommended based on local prevailing wind direction, which considerably reduces the wind's impact on the building. The main design problems, including bending connections design of mega column, shear transferring in the rigid floors, eccentric load of the tower, floor vibration and axial transformation of vertical members, are illustrated with corresponding measures. The structural system is efficient and feasible and robust, and harmonious with architecture.
