(北京三茂建筑工程检测鉴定有限公司,北京 100088)[摘要] 总结了底部框架-抗震墙砌体房屋抗震能力的分析方法。运用该方法,对四川汶川大地震中遭受破坏的底层框架-抗震墙砌体房屋进行了第2层与底层侧向刚度及楼层极限承载力的计算,并将计算结果与实际震害情况进行了比较分析。分析结果表明:对于底层设置了一定数量砖填充墙的这类结构房屋,在抗震能力的分析中应计入砖填充墙的侧向刚度和承载能力,否则无法正确反映这类结构房屋的实际受力特性,无法正确判断这类结构房屋的薄弱楼层。

Using the method,The lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of bottom two stories, which are suffered seismic damage in Wenchuan earthquake, are calculated. And the calculation is compared with the actual damage at the earthquake. The results show that, for the building with masonry filler wall at bottom story,the lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of masonry filler wall should be calculated. Otherwise, it will be impossible to correctly reflect the mechanical characteristics of this kind structure, and impossible to correctly judge the weak story of this kind structure.
