[提要] 无锡市凯宾斯基酒店为高50层的超高层塔楼,采用钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构体系。为减小柱断面,设计在塔楼层22以下范围内采用钢骨混凝土柱。由于建筑功能的要求,酒店大堂上部标准层的两根框架柱不能落地,在层6设置了两榀箱形截面转换钢桁架以承托上部高达44层的框架柱。为改善结构位移和扭转,在层6,22和36外周设置了带状加强桁架。介绍了设计对上述两个问题的分析和处理,以及对竖向刚度突变处(上部核心筒剪力墙数量减少)的抗震加强措施,并针对钢骨混凝土梁柱节点施工难度较大的特点提出了双梁及分离式钢牛腿两种处理方案。

Transfer Truss and Stiffened Story of Skyscraper—Structural Design of Wuxi Kempinski Hotel/Shang Chengzhi, Shi Hongjun, Hua Gengsheng(East China Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002,China)
Abstract:Wuxi Kempinski Hotel, a 50storied skyscraper tower building, is a RC framecore system. Steel framed concrete columns are adopted below level 22 of the tower to reduce crosssection of beams. Due to the architectural functional requirement that two frame columns of typical floor on the upper part of the lobby shall not fall to the ground, two steel transfer trusses with box section are applied on the sixth floor to support them. On the 6th, 22nd and 36th floor, banded stiffening trusses are set up to reduce the displacement and torsion of structure. The analysis and treatment during design of two issues mentioned above, and the antiseismic measures at the places where vertical rigidity sudden changes (the Nos of shear wall of upper core are reduced), are introduced. Two methods of twinbeam and separated steel corbel in regard to relative great difficulties in construction of beamcolumn joint of steel framed concrete are put forward.
