(1北京龙安华诚建筑设计有限公司,北京100052;2 哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院,哈尔滨150090)[摘要] 对于建筑结构抗震性能的评定也应充分考虑到结构在地震作用下会发生较大的塑性变形,应采用阻尼或延性系数对其所受的地震荷载进行折减,即采用能力谱法或改进的能力谱法可以更加准确地评定建筑结构在地震时的抗震性能,可为新结构的设计或既有结构的加固提供更为准确的理论依据。

The damping and ductility factors were used to reduce earthquake load. The capacity spectrum method and improved capacity spectrum method were adopted to evaluate structural seisnuc performance more accurately. The above methods for structural seismic performance assessment are more accurate analysis ways for design of new structures and reinforcement of established structures.
