[摘要] 北京某工程，由于使用功能的特殊要求而考虑采用隔震设计。采用基于性能的设计方案对该建筑进行了隔震设计。确定隔震方案，按规范要求对减震系数、隔震支座位移、隔震支座压应力，结构层间位移进行了分析与验算，并同非隔震方案进行了比较。分析表明，采用隔震方案可有效降低地震作用，实现性能目标。

Isolation design of an office building in Beijing

Abstract: Isolation design was adapted in the structural design of a office building in Beijing due to the special function requirements. Performance-based isolation design was applied in this building.  Isolation plan was determined, and the seismic isolation coefficient as well as displacement, stress of the rubber bearings, story sluft of the structure were calculated and analyzed. The isolation design was compared with non-isolation design. Analysis shows the seismic force is reduced effectively in the isolation design and the performance objectives are achieved.
