新型MR阻尼器出力状态设计方法研究

[摘要] 作者自行设计的阻尼力双向调节的MR阻尼器由于其自身的结构特点,具备特殊的三状态出力特性。基于上述特性,结合一实尺三层钢框架结构数值模型研究了阻尼器各出力状态的选取方法,并对控制效果进行了比较分析。研究结果表明:合理选择最大出力状态可以在阻尼器有限出力条件下尽可能提升系统的半主动最优控制效果;合理选择中等出力状态能够有效提升控制系统在零电流状态的被动控制效果,获得优异的故障安全( fail-safe)性能。

State design method of output powers based on new MR damper

Abstract: Because of the structural character of MR damper with bidirectional adjusting damping force which is designed by the author, there are three states of output powers of the damper. Based on this character, the methods of choosing states of output powers were studied and the control results were compared and analyzed conjunction with aactual size steel-frame construction with three floors. It is shown that the semi-active control results may be improved with limited value of damping force of the damper if the maximal state of output powers is reasonably selected; the passive control results with zero current may be improved and excellent fail-safe property can be obtained if the medium state of output powers is reasonably selected.
