铅剪切阻尼器在某高层住宅中的应用

[摘要] 针对某高层住宅楼进行了安装铅剪切阻尼器的耗能减振设计研究,对设计前期的准备到减震设计方法、设计步骤、分析结果及施工图的绘制及施工注意事项全过程进行了详细的论述及分析。结果表明利用铅剪切阻尼器能够取得较好的减震效果,在8度多遇地震情况下,减震率达到40%以上,增加结构阻尼比5.75%;在8度罕遇地震情况下层间位移达到了规范限值。耗能减振设计使基于7度设防的建筑物基本达到了8度设防要求,大大增强了结构的安全储备。

Application of lead shear dampers in a high-rise residential

Abstract: Energy dissipation design principles was discussed against a high-rise residential building installing of lead shear dampers. The prelinunary preparation of design, reduction design method, design procedure, analysis results and construction drawings and construction notes were discussed and analyzed in detail. Results show that the use of lead shear damper can achieve better damping effect. Under 8 degree in the case of multi-earthquake, the damping rate can reach 40% or more, and increase the structural damping ratio of 5.75%. Under 8 degrees in the case of rare earthquake, story displacements can reach a specification linut. The fortification of buildings based on 7 degrees is strengthened t0 8 degrees fortification of basic requirements, and the safety margin of the structure is enhanced greatly.
