高层钢结构住宅建筑中防屈曲耗能支撑技术的研究与应用

[摘要] 本文结合工程实例,介绍了防屈曲耗能支撑技术的基本工作原理、应用类型和优点。对结构进行多遇地震作用下弹性分析和罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性。在抗震设防高烈度区的高层建筑中采用防屈曲耗能支撑技术,有着显著的耗能作用,建筑结构整体屈服机制良好,能有效提高结构的整体抗震性能,在高层钢结构住宅建筑中与轻骨料混凝土和轻质墙体材料配合使用,综合造价大幅度降低,效果更好,具有非常好的应用前景。

Study and application of BRB in the high-rise steel residential building

Abstract: The fundamental mechanism, categories and advantages of BRB( buckling restrained brace) are carefully illustrated through its application in a high-rise steel residential structure. The elastic analysis under frequently occurred earthquake, and elasto-plastic time lustory analysis under rarely occurred efuthquake are taken. In regions of high seisnuc intensity, adapting BRB in the high-rise steel structures can greatly improve its energy-consuming quality. Thus the overall yielding mecharusm is good. It is believed that BRB has a wide-range application prospect.
