比克大厦结构抗震超限设计

[摘要] 采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,应用SATWE,PMSAP,Perform 3D等软件对一栋高度153. 8m超A级高度的超限高层建筑进行了抗震设计分析,包括结构选型、弹性计算、弹性时程分析、中震不屈服计算和罕遇动力弹塑性变形验算等,并介绍了该结构超限抗震设计情况以及相关技术措施。

Structural seismic design of Bike Building beyond code limits

Abstract: Based on the performance seismic design method, seismic analysis of a 153. 8m-high, super-A rating high building was carried out by SATWE, PMSA Pand Perform 3D software in tlus paper, including structural form selection, elastic calculation, time-lustory analysis, unyielding computation under moderate earthquake and dynanuc elastic-plastic deformation checking under strong earthquake. Then the seismic design method and the technical measure of this over rangmg structure were introduced to give a reference to similar projects.
