Abstract: The time-history elasto-plastic model analysis under the large quake was proceed in the project of Huizhou Jiazhaoye Center Tower C.The procedure proved" No Collapsing With Strong Earthquake".  rllus paper introduced the performance goal determination and the Perform-3D elasto-plastic constitutive model, as well as the detail procedure.
