[摘要] 主要介绍了带转换层的超高层住宅抗震设计过程，包括抗震缝设置，结构体系布置，构件截面及材料，抗震性能目标设定，弹性计算分析比较，静力弹塑性计算分析，楼板应力分析，45。方向分析比较等。经过三阶段设计，达到抗震性能目标。

Seismic Design of out-of-codes high-rise brulding in Longhua Zhonghang Plaza

Abstract: This article described the seisnuc design process of the super high-rise residential buildings with transfer story, including seismic joints, the structural layout, structural member section and materials, seismic performance objectives identified, analysis of elastic calculation, calculation of static plastic-elastic analysis, stress analysis of floor and analysis of seismic load in 450direction. A three-stage design has been performed to meet the seismic performance objectives.
