[摘要] 世纪汇广场分为世纪汇和都会轩，分别采用了框筒和部分框支剪力墙体系，并做了较为合理的结构布置。根据现行规范与规程，我们做了小、中、大震下的计算和振动台试验，分析结构的薄弱环节，并作了相应的加强措施和结构调整，减小了体型不规则和高度超限带来的不利影响，保证了结构良好的抗震性能，顺利通过了超限审查和专家论证。目前工程主体已顺利竣工。

Overrun seismic analysis of Century Place

Abstract: Shenzhen Century Place includes Shijihui and Duhuixuan Building, wluch use frame-corewall structure and frame-transfer shearwall structure. We use reasonable structure arrangement. Basing on the latest codes and specifications, normal, middling and high seismic calculation and shaking table were tested. The structure weak parts were analyzed, some strengthen measure and adjustment were done, which can reduce the disbennifit by the abnormal structure and overrun height, ensure the seismic capability. At last the design passed the overrun checkup and expert argumentation. Now the main buildings have already been completed successfully.
