(中船七院上海建筑设计所,上海 200031)[摘要] 某公寓式办公楼属于超限高层建筑,表现为平面规则性超限(楼板开洞)和立面规则性超限(立面呈阶梯型使竖向抗侧力构件不连续)。工程在设计中运用SATWE和PMSAP结构分析软件建立结构模型,采用振型分解反应谱法和弹性时程分析法对该建筑进行地震反应计算,做出比较分析。分析结果表明平面和立面规则型超限对该建筑有一定的影响,但是该结构仍具有良好的抗震性能,计算结果满足规范的要求。

In design of the building, SATWE and PMSAP computer models were built. The seisnuc performance was evaluated by response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis. The analysis results demonstrate that the irregularity on layout and elevation has influence on the building, but the structure still has good seisnuc performance, and meets the requirements of existing norms.
