抗震性能设计方法在某超限高层中的应用实例

[摘要] 近年来,基于性能的抗震设计方法在超限高层设计中的应用越来越多,超限高层的结构设计也比较适合采用基于性能的抗震设计方法。除满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的基本规范要求外,在不同强度的地震设防水准下对超高层提出更高要求从而实现多级设防标准已成为目前超限高层设计中常用的手段。以大连小平岛假日公寓超高层项目为例,详细介绍该工程抗震性能目标的确定及实现,希望能够对今后的超限高层设计工作起到启发和借鉴作用。

Application case of performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise building

Abstract: Nowadays, performance-based-seismic-design( PBSD) methods are used more frequently in super-high-rise-building( SHRB), which is also suitable to it.In "Code for seismic design of buildings" of China, the conception of "no damage with weak earthquake, repairable level under moderate efuthquake action and no collapsing with strong earthquake" is presented. But it is more reasonable to actualize multi-level and multi-target fortification of performance-based seismic design( PBSD)  in SHRB design.  An application example of PBSD with the case study ofa super high-rise building in Dalian Xiao-ping Island was introduced. The determination and realization of multi-target fortification design in this building was introduced and it was expected to be helpful to structure design of super high-rise building.
