［提要］  世茂国际广场座落于人民广场边，是上海市浦西的第一高楼，独特的建筑外型为结构设计带来了相当的设计难度。系统地介绍了世茂国际广场主楼结构设计内容，包括结构体系的重大变更、整体结构的计算分析、结构转换的计算、阻尼减振弱连接、屋面88m装饰桅杆设计、以及施工阶段的验算，重点介绍了针对工程中重点、难点所采用的一些相应对策和措施。

Structural Design on Shimao International Plaza/Wang Dasui, Zhang Jian, Bao Lianjin, Wang Zhenxiong (East China Architecture Design Institution, Shanghai 200002, China)
Abstract:Standing by the People Square, Shimao international plaza becomes the landmark in Shanghais downtown area. Its unique shape brought about the utmost structural difficulties that any civil engineer can ever meet. The whole structural design is developed, including the swift of the structural system, structural analysis of the building, design on the transfer floor, weakness connection between tower and podium, design on 88m high decorated antenna at the roof and checking computations of building phase. It is discussed how to overcome all these structural challenges.
