超高层建筑抗震分析要点综述

[摘要] 近年来,我国超高层建筑发展十分迅速。由于超高层项目的特殊性,抗震设计应采取更为严格的技术措施以保证安全。我国规范采用三水准设防、两阶段设计的方法进行抗震设计。结合工程经验,对超高层抗震分析有关反应谱、时程分析及性能设计的有关内容进行了综述。

Main points of seismic analysis on super-high building

Abstract: Recent years, super high building has a rapid development in China. Because of the specialty of super high building, strict measures should be taken to assure the building safety. In Code for seismic design of buildings of China, three seismic fortification levels and two-stage design methods are applied. The main points of response spectrum analysis, time history analysis, and performance based design in super high rise building were reviewed.
