[摘要] 某超限高层项目是采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系的高层写字楼。本文采用PERFORM-3D进行了罕遇地震作用下弹塑性时程反应分析，评估结构抗震性能。分析表明，结构性能满足规范抗震要求，结构未发生严重破坏，还有一定的安全储备。

Elasto-plastic time-history analysis of the super-high-rise building

Abstract: Item is reinforce concrete frame- core-tube tall building structure. Elasto-plastic time-history analysis of structure was introduced. The analysis had been finished by the PERFORM 3D software, and verified the structure performance objectives. The analysis result shows that story drift satisfy seismic design request and the structure has reserve of safety.
