高强材料等截面置换表层加固混凝土墙体试验研究

潘 立(中国建筑科学研究院建筑结构研究所,北京 100013)[摘要] 应用高强材料置换混凝土墙体表层,提高其组合截面的折算平均强度,可增大这些被加固墙体的受压与受剪承载力。通过多片等截面置换表层加固墙体的轴压、剪压试验,对该加固方法的效果进行了验证。试验研究表明,各墙体试件的设计承载力可根据《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)的方法计算确定,加固前后的延性无明显变化,《混凝土结构加固设计规范》(GB 50367—2006)中的相应限制可适当放松,所述结果可供混凝土结构加固改造设计参考。[关键词] 高强置换材料;表层置换;混凝土剪力墙;组合截面;叠合界面;折算平均强度;变形协调中图分类号:TU375-2文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2012)10-0139-05Experimental research on the strengthening method of reinforced concrete wall by-equal surface layer section replaced with high strength materialsPan Li(Institute of Building Structures, China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract: For the-reinforced concrete wall whose concrete strength is obviously lower than that of design demand, it could be repaired by the surface layer replaced with the high strength materials to increase the average conversion strength of compression and shear of the compound section. Based on tests of wall specimens compressed previously then added with shear force, actual effect of the strengthening method is checked carefully. It is found that capacities of those repaired walls can be determined according to Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010-2010), the ductility is nearly not decrease after reinforced.
