带悬吊阀体的大型换流站阀厅结构地震反应分析*

[摘要] 以大型换流站阀厅实际工程为背景,利用ABAQUS软件对悬挂阀前后的阀厅结构进行多遇地震作用下的非线性动力时程分析,研究悬吊设备自身以及阀厅结构在地震作用下的响应,探讨悬吊设备重量变化对阀厅结构的影响。分析表明阀厅结构扭转明显,但悬吊阀的重量的增大对阀厅结构影响不大。在水平地震作用下,悬吊阀对阀厅的影响较小;而竖向地震作用下,悬吊阀与阀厅的相互作用显著,阀体的加速度响应达到地震动输入峰值的5倍,屋架跨中上弦挂阀前后位移峰值相差达25%,阀厅结构设计中,应该考虑竖向地震作用下悬挂阀-阀体结构相互作用。

Seismic response of valve-hall structure with suspended valves of large-scale converter station

Abstract: Based on a valve-hall structure of large-scale converter station, nonlinear dynamic time history analysis of valve-hall structure with and without suspended valves was done by adopting ABAQUS software. The seismic response of suspended valves and major structure of valve hall were analyzed, and the effects of the weight of suspended equipments on valve-hall structure were discussed. The results show that torsional response of the valve-hall structure is significant, and effect of the weight of suspended valves on valve-hall structure is insignificant. Under horizontal earthquake actions, effects of suspended valves on seismic behaviors of valve-hall structure are much minor, while under vertical earthquake actions, the effects between suspended valves and valve-hall structure are significant. The peak acceleration response of suspended valve is 5 times of the peak acceleration of input ground excitation, and the peak displacement of the top truss in mid-span with suspended valves is about 1.25 times of that without suspended valves. The interaction between suspended valves and valve-hall structure should be taken into account in the design under vertical earthquake actions.
