中美欧房屋建筑钢筋混凝土基本构件设计安全度比较*

[摘要] 安全是建筑结构设计的重大问题,规范规定是安全性的最低要求。对中国规范、美国规范和欧洲规范中钢筋混凝土基本构件的安全度水平进行了对比分析,提出了不同规范安全度水平比较的“设计值判则”和“安全度判值”。比较结果表明,中国规范的安全度水平总体上低于美国规范和欧洲规范,平均分别低20%和10%。

Comparison on safety level of reinforced concrete element based on Chinese, American and European codes

Abstract: Structural safety is an important issue in the design of building structures. The provisions in structural design codes provide structures with the lowest safety level. Two valuable criterions, termed as design value criterion and safety criterion, were developed to compare structural safety level in different codes. Using these criterions, the safety levels of typical structural members following the design codes of China, America and Europe were compared. Comparison results indicate that the safety level of Chinese code is 20% lower than that of American code, and 10% lower than that of European code.
