基于波折开孔钢板连接件的组合梁受力性能试验研究*

[摘要] 波折开孔板是一种新型钢-混凝土组合梁的连接件,为研究设置有波折开孔钢板连接件的组合梁在静载作用下的受力性能,通过双排波折开孔钢板连接件的钢-混凝土组合梁模型的两点对称加载试验,探讨组合梁截面应变沿梁高的分布及跨中挠度随荷载变化的规律,分析混凝土板与钢梁交界面的界面特性及贯穿钢筋的受力情况、混凝土板的掀起作用等,对比同等条件下具有平板开孔板连接件的组合梁交界面相对滑移性能。结果表明:该组合梁具有良好的抗弯性能,截面应变符合平截面假定;波折开孔钢板连接件具有较高的抗剪能力和连接性能,混凝土与钢梁交界面相对滑移量小,研究结果为波折开孔板连接件在大型组合结构中的应用提供理论基础。

Experimental study on mechanical performance of composite beams with new corrugated perforated plate connectors

Abstract: The corrugated perforated plate is a new type of connector used for steel-concrete composite beams, and experiment was conducted in order to study the mechanical performance of composite beams with symmetrically two-point static loading. Strain distribution in the section along with the height of composite beams and the cross-deflection changing with load were investigated, the performance of the interface of concrete and steel beam, transverse steel and lift of concrete plate performance were analyzed. Furthermore, contractive analysis of the relative slip between new corrugated and flat perforated plate connector was studied in the same condition. The results show that the connector has better flexural properties, and section strain is in line with the assumption of plane section. The corrugated perforated plate connector has high shear ability, connection performance, and the relative slip in interface of concrete and steel beam is little. The research can provide theoretical foundation for the application study of the corrugated perforated plate connector in large composite structure.
