分层装配式钢结构体系新型支撑研制与性能试验*

[摘要] 基于国内既有工艺研制了可应用于分层装配式支撑钢结构工业化建筑的新型套筒-扁钢支撑,并进行了4个特定规格和构造的足尺支撑单元循环往复加载试验。试验结果表明,该新型支撑在结构发生往复大变形条件下具有优良可靠的变形能力,可以保证体系的抗震安全性。根据简化计算模型建立了支撑单元的设计承载力表达式,指出支撑单元的层间位移角仅由支撑倾斜角与钢材屈服强度决定。在支撑弹性设计原则下,结构层间位移可以满足现行抗震规范的弹性变形限值要求。

Development and behavior testing of innovative braces of floor-by-floor assembled steel structures

Abstract: An innovative brace using sleeve-flat bar was developed for the floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildings. Cyclic tests were carried out on four full scale braced elements with specific sizes and details. Test results show that the developed braces have excellent and reliable deformability enough to ensure seismic safety of the structural system under the conditions of large cyclic story drift. The equation for predicting design strength of the braced element was built by adopting simplified computation model. It is indicated that the story drift angle of the braced element depends on inclined angle of the brace and the yield strength of steel material exclusively. It can satisfy the requirements of elastic deformation limits in the current code for seismic design buildings when the braces are proportioned to be elastic under design earthquake action.
