分层装配式支撑钢结构工业化建筑体系*

[摘要] 详细介绍了分层装配式支撑钢结构工业化建筑体系的组成、材料、基本构件形式、节点构造、外墙板构造、屋面板构造、内装构造等,以及基于中国国情和规范的研制改进措施。同时还根据该体系的组成和构造,归纳和评述了该体系的结构技术特点,以及所具有的集成化程度高、施工周期短、利于工业化建造、冗余度高、性能质量易保证、设计便捷、综合效益好等优点。指出了该结构体系在我国推广应用需解决的关键技术问题。经研制改进后的分层装配式支撑钢结构体系适合中国国情,符合国家土地资源政策和可持续发展战略,有望成为我国钢结构工业化建筑的重要形式之一。

Floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures for prefabricated buildings

Abstract: The constitution, materials, basic member shape, connection details, exterior wall panel, roofing panel, interior fitment details of a new type of floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures were described in detail, along with the development and the improvement based on Chinese situation and design codes. The structural characteristics of this building system were summarized and commented according to structural constitution and details, demonstrating as many advantages as high assembling degree, short construction time, favorable to prefabrication, high redundancy, more reliable performance and quality, design conveniency and good synthetical benefits. Key technical issues needing to be solved were pointed out in order to increase the practical applications of this structural system in China. It is found that the improved floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures are suitable for Chinese situation, consistent with land resources policy and sustainable development strategy of the country, promising to become one of the most important building types for prefabricated buildings in China.
