[摘要] 结合佛山公共文化综合体坊塔项目独特的建筑体型，综合考虑幕墙工程要求，经过方案比选，提出采用外围斜交网格框架-核心筒的结构体系，以满足超限高层抗震抗风设计和其他专业的设计要求。针对项目特点，对结构重点关注的问题，包括弹性分析、节点分析、罕遇地震弹塑性分析、风振分析及施工模拟等方面进行了深入细致的计算分析，确保结构安全合理。本项目已通过超限高层抗震设防专项审查，现已进入施工阶段。

Abstract: Having considered the architecturally special-looking shape of the Fangta Tower and the construction requirements of the facade, the structural plan of external diagrid and internal core wall was put forward, in order to satisfy the beyond-the-code design requirements, in terms of seismic and wind resistance, as well as other design considerations. Aiming at the most structurally-concerned aspects in this building, numerous plans were compared, an in-depth analysis was performed and detailed calculations were carried out, including nonlinear analysis, joint analysis, elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquake, wind vibration analysis and construction simulation, in order to achieve the safety and reliability of the structure. The project has passed the expert panel review for seismic and is now in the construction phase.
