重庆“嘉陵帆影”二期超高层塔楼结构设计挑战

[摘要] 重庆“嘉陵帆影”二期超高层塔楼结构高440m(94层),是集酒店和办公为一体的综合楼,建成后是中国西南地区第一高楼。该建筑立面复杂,塔楼外框柱均为斜柱且存在分支转换情况,结构体系由低区框架-核心筒+伸臂桁架+腰桁架结构体系在380m高空转换为带支撑的纯钢结构体系。主要描述该超高层结构设计中所遇到的难点及解决方法,包括竖向构件外框柱和剪力墙的布置及选择、结构荷载的取值、整体结构的加强层布置及优化、“地圆天方柱”以及“分肢柱”等复杂节点的有限元分析和设计、结构构件的抗震性能目标等。

Structural design challenge of super high-rise tower building of CQ TP2

Abstract: The project of super high-rise tower building of CQ TP2 will be the tallest building in the southwest of China. It is a collection of hotels and office for the integration of complex building with 94 layers, and the height is 440m. The out shape of the tower is complicated with lots of sloping columns and split columns. The structural system changed from concrete frame-core wall+belt trusses+outriggers system at lower zone into a pure braced steel system at the height over 380m. The design difficulty and solution were illustrated, including the selection and arrangement of -shear wall and frame columns, loading selection, layout and optimization of the strength floor, finite element analysis and design of “square upside and circle downside columns” and “split columns”, seismic performance objectives -of the structural components.
