天津于家堡交通枢纽大跨度单层网壳设计与分析

[摘要] 天津市于家堡交通枢纽站房屋盖为大跨、无柱单层网壳钢结构,外形为由正、反螺旋线编织而成的贝壳形双曲面,平面尺寸约为143m×81m。网壳网格为不规则空间四边形,所有箱形截面杆件均以不同角度交汇于节点。通过对该穹顶结构在各种作用效应下的强度、变形、整体稳定及支座的设计、节点有限元分析、防倒塌分析,保证了结构的安全。

Design and analysis of the large span single layer latticed steel roof for Tianjin Yujiapu transport hub

Abstract: The single layer lattice steel roof of Tianjin Yujiapu transport hub has plan dimension of 143m×81m. This doubly curved roof consists of a series of space spirals in clockwise and counter clockwise direction. The box section beams follow the spirals and form the large column free space. As the shell is double curved and grids are formed by irregular space quadrilaterals, all the elements meet in different angles. The roof structural system, design standard, loading, dynamic analysis and global stability, progressive collapse design, and connection finite element analysis were presented to guarantee the safety and reliability of the roof.
