韩国首尔龙山“云朵”结构设计及优化

[摘要] 韩国首尔龙山国际金融中心奢华住宅“云朵”项目R4a,为两栋高度分别为243m和263m的塔楼,两栋塔楼在148~183m处由7层高“云朵”相连,两塔楼相距32m。“云朵”形态不规则,内部开洞区域较大,局部悬挑达到32m,结构体系复杂。且高空“云朵”将两塔楼相连改变了两塔楼在风和地震作用下的结构特性。如何处理塔楼和“云朵”的刚度关系以及如何设计高空“云朵”是本项目的关键内容。对高空“云朵”的结构方案进行了比较分析和研究,同时介绍了两个塔楼的设计。

Structural design and optimazation of the Yongsan "Cloud"-Block R4a, Korea

Abstract: The Yongsan "Cloud" project- Block R4a is located at Yongsan International Business District (IBD). Block R4a consists of two luxury residential towers with 243m and 263m height. A habitable 7-storey "Cloud" structure is proposed to wrap around both towers from 148m to183m. The "Cloud" linkage is a geometrically complex feature with lots of void inside, and significant cantilever spans-up to 32m. The structural system for the "Cloud" is rather complicated on both a local level in terms of its own stability as well as on a global level in terms of its participation in the overall tower behaviour under the horizontal loads such as wind and seismic. The core part of this project is how to deal with the relationship between the towers and the "Cloud" of its stiffness and connection, and how to design the "Cloud". It is going to illustrate the comparison analysis and study of the "Cloud" design ,as well as the two base towers' design.
