大空间总装试验中心结构方案选型

摘要]结合大空间总装试验中心的方案设计,对艇库结构的选型进行探讨,对比斜交立体桁架拱、单层网壳和斜交平面桁架拱组成的双层网壳三种结构形式的受力特点。结果表明最后一种方案综合效果更好,对其施工方案进行简要论述。总结以往艇库门的形式,创造性地提出圆柱面侧转式库门方案,确定悬挂吊车系统的布置方案。针对平面桁架拱斜向编织双层网壳结构方案,进行初步计算分析,总结分析中的关键问题,并提供简要分析结果。

Structural scheme selection of large space general assembly experiment center

Abstract: In view of the design concept of the large space general assembly experiment center, the structural scheme selection of the airship hanger structure was discussed. The mechanical characteristics of inclined 3-D steel truss, single-layer reticulated shell and double-layer reticulated shell which composed of the inclined plane truss arch were compared. The results show that the effect of the last method is better, and the construction scheme will be introduced. On the other hand, the airship gate styles from the past experience were also summed up. As a consequence, the cylindrical surface rotate gate was put forward creatively, and the design concept of the system of hanging hoisting machine was determined as well. In the end, the design concept of double-layer reticulated shell composed of the inclined plane truss arch was evaluated. In summaries, the key points were presented. The primary analysis results were also drawn.
