螺栓球节点设计方法研究*

摘要]按照准确的螺栓球几何控制条件,推导了螺栓球直径控制公式,从而对规程公式进行修正,并完善了杆件夹角较小时锥头(封板)和杆件控制公式。用规程公式和本文公式(考虑螺栓球配件制作各项误差)对7种节点进行设计,对比发现:当杆件夹角较为合理时,本文公式螺栓球节点用钢量明显低于规程公式用钢量;当杆件夹角较小时,按照锥头(封板)和杆件控制公式,本文公式能够增大螺栓球直径,从而避免杆件相碰。

Study on the design of bolted spherical joints

Abstract: Diameter selection formulas in accordance with precise geometrical controlling conditions were deduced, which revises the specification formulas and perfects the controlling formulas for cone-shaped connectors(or end plates) and steel pipe with small included angle. Seven space truss structure nodes were designed by specification formula and paper formula respectively. The contrast results show that the steel consumption of paper formulas (which take fabrication errors into account) is less than that of specification formulas when the included angle is reasonable. When the included angle is small, according to the controlling formulas for cone-shaped connector (or end plate) and steel pipe, the diameter of bolted spherical joints calculated with paper formulas could be increased which could avoid collision between pipes.
